When it comes to resilient infrastructures, fiber optic expansion or general digitization issues, aconium CEO Tim Brauckmüller offers his expertise to consulting the public sector. In this framework, he is accompanying the German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier as part of a delegation of selected representatives of the German business community on a trip through two Western Balkan states in the last week of November.

This October, aconium opened a new branch office in Tirana, the capital of Albania. During the inauguration ceremony, aconium CEO Tim Brauckmüller welcomed several guests, including the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Infrastructure and Energy of Albania, Belinda Balluku, Minister for Parliamentary Relations, Elisa Spiropali, Chairman of the Committee for Production Activities, Trade and Environment, Arben Pëllumbi, Chairman of Economy and Finance Committee, Eduard Shalsi and other members of Parliament. The inauguration ceremony was visited as well by the German Ambassador to Albania, Peter Zingraf and department heads and representatives of German and European institutions.
The aim of the visit is, among other things, to acknowledge the reforms taken by both countries in the course of the EU accession negotiations and to explore possibilities for an expansion and deepening of the economic exchange.
The trip will also focus on the situation in the region and in particular the effects of the Russian aggression in Ukraine.
